How was your imagination? Yeah, I know! As much as it has its pros, there are also cons to working remotely.

Let me show you some pros and cons, then we go back to that imagination.

### Pros of Remote Work

**Global Opportunities:** Remote work opens doors to jobs from all over the world. You’re no longer limited by geography.

### Cons of Remote Work

I actually prefer hybrid as opposed to fully remote when possible. Lack of physical interactions with real human beings directly after some time somehow affects me.
